Natural Beauty by Clarabella

These Terms & Conditions apply to all treatments, bookings, services and gift vouchers provided by Natural Beauty by Clarabella.

Appointments & Bookings

• All appointments are subject to availability and must be booked in advance.
• When you book an appointment, time is set aside specifically for you to ensure the best possible service.
• Appointments over 60 minutes may require payment upfront to secure the booking.
• Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrival may result in reduced treatment time.
• New clients are kindly asked to arrive 5 minutes early to complete a short medical questionnaire.

Cancellations & Changes

• A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or appointment changes.
• Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice, or failure to attend an appointment, will be charged at 100% of the treatment cost.
• This policy applies regardless of the reason for cancellation.
• If you are booking on behalf of a family member or friend, you are responsible for their booking, including adherence to the cancellation policy.
• Please ensure you have checked your availability before booking.

Payments

• Payments are non-refundable.
• Missed appointments and late cancellations are not eligible for refunds.
• Prices are subject to change without notice.

Treatments & Medical Information

• Treatments may not be suitable for certain medical conditions.
• Clients must disclose all relevant medical history, injuries, allergies or health conditions prior to treatment.
• Natural Beauty by Clarabella cannot be held responsible for adverse reactions resulting from undisclosed medical information.
• Treatment outcomes may vary from person to person.

Japanese Head Spa Treatments

• Japanese Head Spa treatments are priced based on hair length up to shoulder length.
• Hair longer than shoulder length may incur an additional charge, which will be discussed at the time of booking.
• Additional time or product usage required due to hair length or thickness may affect pricing.

Gift Vouchers

• Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Gift vouchers are valid for the period stated at the time of purchase.
• Vouchers cannot be redeemed after the expiry date and will not be extended.
• Vouchers are valid only for the treatment stated and are subject to availability.
• Gift vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers unless stated.
• Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced.

Christmas & Promotional Gift Vouchers

Christmas and promotional gift vouchers are subject to separate Terms & Conditions.

  • Christmas and promotional gift vouchers are valid until 31 March 2026, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

  • Due to high demand, early booking is strongly recommended, ideally in January, to avoid disappointment.

  • Christmas gift vouchers are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • Vouchers cannot be extended beyond the stated expiry date under any circumstances.

  • All appointments are subject to availability.

  • Vouchers are valid for the treatment stated at the time of purchase. Any upgrades or additional services will be chargeable.

  • Christmas and promotional vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount or promotion, unless stated otherwise.

  • Standard cancellation and no-show policy applies. Late cancellations or failure to attend an appointment may result in the voucher being forfeited.

  • By purchasing or redeeming a Christmas or promotional gift voucher, the purchaser and recipient confirm acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
