  • Sessions usually range from 60 to 90 minutes, depending on the treatment package you choose

  • Yes, we recommend arriving with clean untangled/unmatted hair which has been throughly brushed through. Tangled/matted, dirty or oily hair may require multiple washes, and brushing which can take time away from your actual treatment. To get the most out of your session, please wash and brush through your hair the night before or the morning of your appointment using a gentle shampoo, no conditioner is needed.

  • Yes. We use gentle, nourishing products that are safe for all hair types, including color-treated hair.

  • For the safety and comfort of both mother and baby, we kindly ask that pregnant clients refrain from booking our Japanese Head Spa treatments. Certain massage techniques, pressure points, and product ingredients used during the service may not be suitable during pregnancy. We appreciate your understanding and recommend consulting with your healthcare provider for alternative treatments that are safe during this special time.

  • For best results, we recommend having a Japanese Head Spa treatment once every 2 to 4 weeks, depending on your scalp and hair needs. Regular treatments can help maintain a healthy scalp, reduce stress, and promote stronger, shinier hair.

  • Yes. We offer targeted treatments for common scalp issues such as dryness, oiliness, dandruff, and thinning hair.

  • Deposit & Cancellation Policy:
    A 50% non-refundable deposit     is required at the time of booking for all head spa appointments. For appointments longer than 70 minutes, the full balance is due at the time of booking. Appointments are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis and will only be confirmed once the required payment has been received.

    Cancellations & Rescheduling:
    We require at least 48 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice, or no-shows, will forfeit any payments made. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes to your booking.

  • Clients with extra long or very thick hair often require additional time and product to ensure the best results. This includes more shampoo, mask or serum, longer massage and rinse times, and extra drying time at the end.

    The small surcharge (£10–£30) simply covers this additional time and product use, so every client receives a thorough, high-quality treatment without feeling rushed.

    • Hair that extends below mid-back

    • Very dense or textured hair that takes extra time to wash and dry

    • Hair requiring additional product application to fully saturate and treat

  • If it looks like your hair will require more time or product, I’ll always let you know when booking there will never be any surprises when it comes to price.

  • No unfortunately not. Our head spa treatments involve intensive scalp work, deep cleansing, and the use of water and oils, which can interfere with the bonds or tapes used to secure hair extensions. To ensure the quality of your extensions and the effectiveness of the treatment, we recommend waiting until your extensions have been removed before booking a head spa service.
